Tours & Excursions:

• More than 24 hrs. – Full Refund (less a 5% credit card processing fee)
• Less than 24 hrs. – 50% Refund (less a 5% credit card processing fee)
• No-shows – No Refund

Private Charters:

• More than two weeks – Full Refund (less a 5% credit card processing fee)
• Less than two weeks, more than 48 hours – 50% Refund (less a 5% credit card processing fee)
• 48 hours or less – No Refund

Seas N’ Cays reserves the right to cancel based on weather or other reasons deemed acceptable by the Captain. In such cases, a full refund is issued. Guest cancellations must be communicated via email, phone call, or WhatsApp. Seas N’ Cays is not responsible for third-party booking information.
