Cancellation Policy
Tours & Excursions
- More than 24 hrs. – Full Refund (less a 5% credit card processing fee)
- Less than 24 hrs. – 50% Refund (less a 5% credit card processing fee)
- No shows – No Refund
Private or Group Charters:
- More than two weeks – Full Refund (less a 5% credit card processing fee)
- Less than two weeks, more than 48 hours – 50% refund (less a 5% credit card processing fee)
- 48 hours or less – No Refund
In order to ensure on-time departures, Seas n’ Cays starts boarding 30 minutes prior to departure. The vessel leaves promptly at departure time, with no exceptions.
Seas n’ Cays reserves the right to make cancellations based on unexpected weather conditions or other reasons deemed acceptable by the Captain. In such circumstances, a full refund is issued.
All cancellations from guests MUST be received by email, Phone call or WhatsApp message noting the particulars of the reservation and the reason for cancellation.
